About My Clients
My ideal client is one that is open and will allow a safe and welcoming environment that promotes autonomy, open and honest communication and support to be who you are, where you are while working on where you want to be. For many, the notion of therapy implies that “something is wrong” when it is quite the opposite. The clarity it takes to acknowledge, accept and receive therapy or ‘mind maintenance’ as I like to call it, means you are self aware, and there is nothing wrong with that.
My Background and Approach
My theoretical orientation is integrative and holistic in an effort to align therapeutic techniques that are proven to be effective in the treatment of any specific issue to tackle or goal to attain, which really means that depending on what we are working on, I draw approaches from theories to assess and treat.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My dedication and commitment to overall mind-body wellness for myself as well as for my clients have served as the catalyst to reform any stigma or notions associated with therapy.
