I will support you, challenge you, & advocate for your wellbeing. My counseling approach is based on the notion that as humans, we all strive for connection- a genuine feeling of belonging. I won't give you all the answers, but instead, I'll work with you to develop insight & skills so that you can come to your own personal conclusions & sense of meaning.
