About My Clients
Sometimes that best way out of the darkness is to have a companion illuminate the path in front of you. My role as your therapist is to be that person, and to hold that light as we journey out of the darkness and onto the path of healing and growth together.
My Background and Approach
We are all a work in progress, and therapy provides the unique opportunity to press the pause button, remain present and safely work towards uncovering whatever barriers are keeping us stuck. I employ an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach to collaboratively work with individuals from all walks of life experiencing anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem issues, COVID-related stress, complex trauma and grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My aim is to treat the soul along with the symptoms of suffering to cultivate integrated healing of the mind, body and spirit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a deep appreciation for the inherent strength and wisdom within each of us, along with the awareness that as human beings, we are not wired to carry all that life throws at us alone. Together, we can holistically explore how you got here, and how to move forward to achieve the life you want on your own terms.
