I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, incorporating methods supported by neuroscience, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), yoga, and mindfulness. As your therapist, I will provide you with tools to enhance your mind-body connection, improve your relationship with yourself and others, manage stress, and ultimately help you get "unstuck." I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life challenges, heal from trauma and loss, release accumulated stress, and return home to themselves. I hope to help you see that the person you so deeply want to become is already inside of you. Ultimately, I hope to empower you to become your own healer.
