I have worked with all ages and populations. I understand how stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma influences and impacts our daily life. I am here to help you gain a better understanding of who you are and help you work through what is going on.
My Background and Approach
I generally approach sessions through a psychodynamic perspective. Psychodynamic therapy involves the interpretation of mental and emotional processes rather than focusing on behavior, though we do discuss behavior and why we behave a certain way. Psychodynamic therapists attempt to help clients find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to gain insight into their current self.
