I can help you find your way through the fog of depression or the exhaustion of anxiety or the disconnection in your relationship. My Background and Approach
One thing is certain: your life is too valuable to waste by being unhappy. So, give me a call to help you do something about it. It can be difficult to take any action. However, by setting up counseling with me or someone else, you are taking an important step away from what isn't working and beginning to move in the direction you want for your life. The first goal I have in therapy is to non-judgmentally listen to your story and struggle and what your hoping to accomplish. I will then gently come along side you and utilize conversation and, if appropriate to your struggle, discuss the best management techniques to help facilitate the growth and healing you desire.
