About My Clients
I have a passion and experience working with a variety of individuals, including older teenagers, people of color, couples, and individuals who identify with the LGBTQ+ community. My clinical focus includes working through life stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflict. I offer individuals and couples the ability to work together to reduce tension, understand communication patterns, explore "stuck" feelings.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping my clients build the skills and tools they need to navigate their life’s own challenges. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their emotions, gain insight into their relationships, and work toward their goals.
