About My Clients
I work with children and teens who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, identity changes, or transitions like going back to school. I also support couples navigating parenting challenges, including communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, or shifting roles. In a safe and supportive space, I help each person feel heard, be seen, build understanding, and develop practical tools to strengthen connections and create a healthier, more balanced family life. We got this!
My Background and Approach
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, working with children, teens, families, and couples. Being an intern gives me the opportunity to bring curiosity, energy, and a fresh perspective to each session while staying up to date on current research and approaches. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, school or life transitions, and parenting challenges, with a focus on understanding how these struggles affect both individuals and relationships. Together, we explore patterns, improve communication, and build practical tools to create stronger, healthier connections. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where everyone feels heard and understood, and can take steps toward meaningful, positive change for themselves and their families.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of therapy, I’m a bit of a nerd at heart—I love Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and I’ve been a lifelong LEGO enthusiast. I also enjoy exploring other hobbies like Dungeons & Dragons (which can be used in therapy!), and I’m a big fan of both watching and playing sports, especially following Seattle teams. I believe in bringing curiosity, creativity, and a sense of playfulness into life, and I value connection, growth, and resilience. I enjoy getting to know people’s passions and interests as much as helping them navigate challenges—it all contributes to building a meaningful, balanced life.
