About My Clients
Many of my clients come in carrying things they can’t quite name. They feel stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, weighed down by anxiety, shame, or loneliness they’ve learned to mask. If that’s you, I want you to know: there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s a reason you feel the way you do. And you don’t have to carry it alone.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), one of the nation’s top clinical training programs. I’ve worked in community mental health, schools, and private practice. My foundation is in psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, but between us, my real expertise is in healing the whole person, from one human to another.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection—when we feel safe enough to explore what we’ve had to keep hidden. My approach is relational and depth-oriented. We look at how the past shaped your present, not to stay stuck, but to free you from it. We tune into your body, explore what’s been held there, and make space for release and insight. I show up as a whole person—with honesty, care, and curiosity. We may cry, laugh, or sit in silence. Sometimes we’ll speak what’s never been spoken. Always, the work is real, deep, and collaborative. You don’t have to perform in this space. You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there.
