About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or identity exploration. I specialize in supporting BIPOC, military families, first-generation professionals, and bilingual (English/Spanish) clients. I create a safe, affirming space for those seeking healing, empowerment, and growth. Whether you're struggling with stress, relationships, or cultural challenges, we'll work together to build resilience and a more fulfilling life.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing since 2021, with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and a background in Family and Child Development. As a bilingual (English/Spanish), disabled retired veteran, I offer culturally sensitive care rooted in compassion and connection. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered techniques. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to overcome obstacles and build a more meaningful, balanced life. Whether you're facing burnout, mood changes, or feeling stuck, I'm here to support your journey toward healing and personal growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a bilingual, disabled retired veteran and first-generation professional, I deeply value authenticity, equity, and inclusion. I’m passionate about creating a space where individuals from all walks of life—especially BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, military, neurodiverse, and immigrant communities—feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe healing happens in relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and cultural humility. I’m an advocate for mental health access and social justice, and I support movements like Black Lives Matter, LGBTQ+ rights, and veteran empowerment. I strive to break the stigma surrounding mental health in underserved communities by promoting open dialogue and education. Outside of therapy, I volunteer time mentoring students and supporting suicide prevention initiatives. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to rewrite their story, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim yours.
