About My Clients
My areas of focus include relationship concerns, gender, sexuality, anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, and depression. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, orientations, gender expressions, and relationship styles, including those in non-traditional relationships. I am sex-positive, kink affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My Background and Approach
I have an open, laid back, and direct approach. I will work with you to move at a pace that pushes you while also honoring your mind and body's needs. As a marriage and family therapist I think systemically and will take into account all of the systems (friends, family, jobs, partners, etc.) that make you, YOU!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud queer woman and work hard to create a supportive and safe space for all who walk through my door (or pop up on my screen). I am a strong believer that each person has innate value and worth. When you come to therapy you can expect to feel heard, valued, and accepted.
