I have a special interest is working with teens, young adults, and adults who are just trying to make sense of it all.

I take a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that including the mind, body, and spirit will produce optimal results. I want you to feel empowered and confident in your abilities to create the life you want. At the end of the day, always understand that you are the expert of your life and you already have everything you need, within.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Seeking therapy is a pivotal first step, I applaud you for this decision! Now is the time to become the person you've always wanted to be. I believe that a self-aware person is a powerful person. While there is a huge stigma around mental health, much more work needs to be done to bring true awareness to the struggles of others. While I will be your biggest cheerleader, I will gently challenge old thoughts and behaviors. Let's actively move from the comfort zone to our growth zone!
