My Background and Approach
Sometimes entering into counseling can be a little scary and uncomfortable. One of the most important things I hope to be able to provide you with is an environment where you feel comfortable and respected to allow change and healing to occur. I believe that you are the expert on you and thus should be the one in the driver seat of your change and healing.
