About My Clients
I have often worked with African American professionals who are highly successful. She/He is a mid-career professional in the Baltimore/Annapolis area who is a deep thinker who longs to understand the mysteries of their heart while struggling in balancing their ambition with their rational needs. They need a therapist who is smart, kind and who will challenge them to explore their psyche so they can understand themselves as well as they do others.
My Background and Approach
My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults. The therapeutic approaches that I have found to yield the greatest positive results, in my experience, are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy and Meditative techniques.
