Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck can make it hard to know where to start. Healing is a pathway towards rediscovering hope, strength, and self-compassion, but it can feel daunting to take the first step. I work with individuals who may be carrying a lot beneath the surface: stress, trauma (including complex or childhood trauma), life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, low self-esteem, or any mixture of the chaos that life often blows our way.
My Background and Approach
I incorporate strengths-based, trauma-focused, culturally aware, and holistic approach into my practice. Some of the things that you can expect while working with me is to come into a safe, steady space where you can slow down, untangle thoughts, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and grow skills that support real, sustainable change. As a clinician, I build a space grounded in emotional safety, cultural awareness, and deep respect for every person’s story. I value honesty, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experiences, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are. I strongly believe that the power of healing can come in many forms; therefore, I incorporate a holistic approach in my practice, building on the understanding of not just the mind, but also the body and soul, as a whole. Finding all the pieces of ourselves and connecting them is the way we will find ourselves back to our hearts and practice healing.
