About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to women experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, the effects of trauma, and other life-stressors. In addition to CBT, I utilize motivational interviewing, solution focused techniques, and the occasional podcast quote (did you catch my Glennon Doyle reference above?) My goal for each session is for you to not just have a safe place to vent, but to also walk away with at least one tangible tool to begin to feel different tomorrow.
