My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and trauma-informed, child and adolescent development expert committed to helping families and couples learn how to communicate effectively, create a sense of safety at home and strengthen the bonds in their relationships. When we’re feeling stuck or stressed in our relationships, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. In our sessions, I gently guide you and your loved ones to zoom out and gain perspective on your family dynamics, become grounded in the present and reconnect with your values for a clearer vision of your preferred future. Rooted in attachment theory and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I approach our sessions with tenderness, warmth, and a genuine commitment to collaboration. I honor the unique needs and goals of your family, recognizing that each family is different and requires tailored support.
