I aim to help you explore your story and develop a deeper, more intimate understanding of yourself so that you can better live your life and tell your story. I believe the counseling process is a collaborative one, where you are the expert on your story, values, beliefs, and needs, and I am the counselor providing you honest, empathetic, and reflective support and guidance throughout.
My Background and Approach
It won't always be easy, and there may be times where it feels like little or no progress is being made, but trust it is a part of your journey. As little as the steps forward feel, they are still steps towards what you are seeking, and you don't have to do it alone. Together, we will find what works best for you, adjusting as we go to ensure you are receiving the care you need and deserve. I truly look forward to meeting you, getting to know, and creating a safe and empowering space with you! I aim to work with clients to identify goals and craft an approach specific to individual needs. Specifically, my care comes in the form of collaboration, empathy, and nonjudgmental support to help clients so they can truly thrive in their lives.
