About My Clients
You may be healing from trauma, addiction, or self-doubt and longing to feel more connected to yourself. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to explore your story, build self-trust, and reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, so you can move from surviving to living with presence and purpose.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, within yourself, your body, and your story. With over 4 years of experience in addiction recovery and trauma treatment, I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion into every session. I’m EMDR-trained and also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you safely process painful experiences and reconnect with your inner strength. Rather than focusing only on talking about what’s wrong, our work centers on understanding how your nervous system, thoughts, and emotions interact, and how to restore balance from the inside out. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, gentle, and empowering. Together, we create space to honor your resilience, explore what’s been holding you back, and cultivate lasting change rooted in presence, clarity, and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with presence and learning to meet yourself with compassion instead of judgment. My work is guided by the values of authenticity, curiosity, and connection. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where you’re supported in discovering your own wisdom and capacity to heal. I value creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and grounding, where all parts of you are welcome. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the mind-body connection and the belief that growth happens when we slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what’s already whole within us.
