Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. All approaches are adjusted to your set of values and your beliefs.
My Background and Approach
I will work with you to understand the difficulties you are facing and to find the path to follow so you can function better and increase your well-being and healing. I am licensed in the state of N.Y. with more than 20 years of graduate experience specializing in adult populations and had served in the Military working with all branches to assist in finding calm, internal peace, and a balanced life. I enjoy volunteering with the Warrior Connection and the Critical Incident Response Team at SBPC. During the 20 years I have worked with the Office of Mental Health of N.Y., I developed expertise in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I cultivate a spiritual life and I was a fitness instructor for 20 years and understand the importance of a holistic view for a healthier life.
