I integrate complementary methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness practices to offer more personal attention. I might ask you to practice a new skill, read an article or record your thoughts between sessions. Our work together will develop the skills and knowledge you need to enjoy your relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.
