My approach emphasizes acceptance, finding balance, exploring values, and developing new skills to gain freedom from limiting patterns. I believe people have a great capacity to grow and heal and make their lives satisfying and fulfilling. Each person I work with is unique and therapy is specially tailored to meet your individual needs and concerns. People seek counseling for a variety of reasons. I work with people who feel stuck and who are looking for small changes in their relationships as well as with people who are in crisis and need help problem solving to stabilize their lives. Change can be scary, and I am here to support you and offer skills as you move in new directions.
