About My Clients

My clients come to me at all ages and stages of life. The common theme that my clients have is a major life transition that is bringing up difficult feelings or belief systems that need compassionate attention and change. Examples of these transitions might be a change in life stage, career path, relationship status, or religion/faith. If you find yourself in transition, I look forward to walking with you to sturdier ground.

My Background and Approach

My approach includes characteristics from cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as narrative therapy. I use mindfulness techniques to observe thought patterns that are informing an emotional experience. We will also work together to build a new narrative and internal dialogue that promotes healing and growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My personal belief is that we are all doing the best that we can with the information and resources we have each day. When we enter into a compassionate relationship with ourselves, we can access the parts of us that we are looking to change.
