About My Clients
I work with women, emerging adults, and couples who are seeking clarity, emotional healing, and healthier relationships. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, divorce, or breaking generational cycles, I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space to process, rebuild, and grow. My clients are ready to stop surviving and start healing—with support that meets them where they are.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-worth, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional empowerment. I work with emerging adults, women, single parents, and those healing from grief, divorce, or generational trauma. I also offer coaching and curated tools to support growth outside of sessions. My style is warm, honest, and client-focused—I meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is both a personal and generational process. I’m passionate about breaking cycles, encouraging self-worth, and empowering women and families to create new legacies. My faith plays a role in how I show up—with compassion, resilience, and a heart-centered approach. I support clients of all backgrounds and value creating a safe, affirming space regardless of spiritual beliefs, gender identity, or lived experience. I believe therapy should feel like both a release and a reclaiming.
