My Background and Approach
Janelle's experience has included extensive training in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices including Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family systems approaches. Janelle is also passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and utilizes a wellness-based model that is holistic in nature. She incorporates reflective exercises, mindfulness approaches and guided visualization techniques to assist her clients in learning to tune into and trust their own truth and intuition and heal unresolved emotional wounds.
