Deciding to engage in therapy is a big decision and I believe the connection to your therapist is extremely important. I strive to create a safe space that allows you to explore your current and past self. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to live wholeheartedly in the present, which is why I will work with you to identify and overcome any negative and overwhelming feelings and/or thoughts.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a mixed approach of CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, etc, to best tailor to each of my client's unique needs and to help them to their path to lead to a beautiful mind and mental health wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of us go through hard times and each of us brings uniqueness with these hard times. I understand everyone experiences their paths differently and I am here to support you. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to process through different issues that life throws at us without being judged. My focus is to create a safe environment in which clients can work on dealing with tough issues without being judged. Your mental well being is just as important as your physical well being.
