About My Clients
Mental health challenges are more common than we often realize: depression, anxiety, insomnia, and substance use disorders affect people in all walks of life, including those we know and care about. My goal is to support individuals facing a wide range of common mental health conditions. I consider the full picture of each person's emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.
My Background and Approach
I integrate holistic, patient-centered care with modern neuroscience, medication management, and emerging modalities like psychedelic-assisted therapy. I believe in a mind-body approach that honors the unique story behind each person’s symptoms. For some, this may include ketamine therapy, which can be used thoughtfully to support relief from depression, trauma, and emotional blocks.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a provider and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise into the therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered to reclaim their narrative. My practice is grounded in affirming care, especially for LGBTQIA+ individuals, and is deeply informed by my passion for addiction medicine, trauma recovery, and expanded models of consciousness. Mental health and substance use concerns don’t exist in isolation; they are rooted in our histories, our identities, and the systems we navigate. I strive to create a space where all of this complexity is welcome. Whether you are exploring sobriety, healing from trauma, navigating gender identity, or seeking relief from anxiety or depression, my goal is to walk with you, not ahead of you, on your journey toward wholeness.
