About My Clients
I work best with adults, especially women, who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. My ideal clients are often navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, infertility or long-standing patterns of people-pleasing and self-abandonment. I offer a warm, grounded space using somatic therapy, IFS, and Brainspotting to support healing, regulation, and reconnection with self.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist with specialized training in somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting, which allows me to support clients in working not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the nervous system and deeper layers of stored experience. Over the course of my clinical work, I’ve supported adults, especially women, through anxiety, trauma, burnout, infertility, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My integrative approach blends evidence-based talk therapy with body-based and experiential methods, helping clients move beyond insight alone into real, felt change. This means clients don’t just understand their patterns intellectually, they begin to feel safer in their bodies, more regulated in their emotions, and more connected to themselves in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space of safety, dignity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, body-based care and a belief that people are not “broken,” but shaped by what they’ve had to endure. I am committed to creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental space for people of all identities, especially those navigating anxiety, trauma, and systemic or relational stress. I value compassion, consent, and collaboration in healing.
