About My Clients
Life can be challenging, and in those difficult moments, it’s easy to feel alone — but you don’t have to be. Have you or your child ever felt anxious, overwhelmed, sad, hopeless, or angry? Do you often wonder where these feelings originate? Is it hard to focus or stay present? Are you concerned about changes you're noticing in your child? Or maybe you need someone to talk to who will truly listen. If any of this resonates with you, I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
I utilize many different approaches to therapy. For adults, I use brainspotting, CBT, and a strengths-based model. For children, I utilize play as their voice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that meaningful change starts with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is grounded in creating a space where clients can be open without fear of judgment, and where their experiences are taken seriously. I see therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than telling clients what to do, I work alongside them to better understand their patterns, challenges, and goals. I value curiosity, honesty, and practical growth—helping people not only gain insight, but also develop tools they can use in everyday life. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, even when it feels difficult or overwhelming. My role is to support that process with empathy, clarity, and accountability, while respecting each person’s pace and individual story. Whether someone is navigating stress, relationships, identity, or life transitions, I aim to provide a steady, supportive environment where real progress can happen.
