About My Clients
Do you feel disconnected from your body, the ones you love, and your community? Do you find yourself limited by feelings of shame and isolation? Are you hoping to develop an empowering relationship with your body and sexuality? Together, we can explore all parts of you and how they have been shaped by relationships, experiences, and larger systems and use these insights to empower you to live a life built on your own values.
My Background and Approach
I am a liberation-focused counseling intern currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. I recognize that you are the expert of your own life. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to help clients explore their identity, their values and nurture their capacity to live a life that feels authentic to them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that liberation is a community project, and developing our capacity for joy and connection can help us sustain that work. Developing curiosity and compassion is a radical act that makes it possible to live a life that resists oppression.
