About My Clients
It is my goal to have the education and tools to facilitate their process. I work with individual adults, couples, families, teens, and children in a variety of areas, including mental health therapy, substance use disorder, EMDR trauma therapy, hypnotherapy, quitting smoking, phobias, confidence, and equine-assisted therapy. My Background and Approach
Counseling means that I am your ally and I facilitate processes for the development of your goals. I use hypnotherapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, EMDR, mindfulness, and a variety of techniques. I offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) on a farm to assist in developing therapeutic relationships.
