We’ll work through the tough stuff at your pace, build tools for emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost touch with along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical — it can feel like being seen, known, supported and validated. We'll explore your inner world together, with curiosity and compassion, using powerful, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, DBT, IFS, and Somatics. I tailor each session to what you need whether that’s processing something hard or just having space to breathe. I specialize in treating trauma and CPTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. Whether you’re in crisis, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a place to find clarity, strength, and new possibility.
