About My Clients
When life is not going well, it is a call to grow. How does one step toward developing when feeling anxious, depressed or various combinations of symptoms and self destructive behaviors/ attitudes? Via embodiment techniques, increased awareness---important dialogues and in-the-moment experiential learning take place, which helps one settle into greater balance, recover vitality and begin to contemplate and take steps toward feeling well and improved functioning. You become happier.
My Background and Approach
My approach is humanistic, relational and body based. I have extensive post grad. training in working with people to establish rapport, create a comfortable dialogue, encompass on going assessment, develop and articulate focus for our work together/ treatment goals and work together in attuned and highly supportive manner to create positive change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am invested to develop increased equality amongst everyone. I support grass roots community development. I believe in experiential learning and that learning occurs at the point of need.
