About My Clients
I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals with the tools to heal and move beyond their pasts and change their self-limiting beliefs in order to live a fulfilled and happy life. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to unpack your pain and troubles, whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stress, trauma, limiting beliefs and behaviors, poor self concept, life transitions, or relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida for the past 10 years. Over the past 19 years, I have worked in multiple different community agencies where I have witnessed the destructive power of unresolved traumas. I am honored and humbled to have been able to work with and learn from some really amazing human beings, both clients and mentors. I have worked through some of the same issues my clients have. I make it a daily practice to live wholeheartedly and authentically, and I am incredibly blessed and honored to be able to share what I have learned with others.
