About My Clients
Are you always feeling as if you are not enough or that you are not loved? Are you always feeling down and sad but cannot explain how or why? I know these feelings or thoughts can be a scary place to be, but I don't want you to be afraid or burdened with these thoughts or feelings much longer. My Background and Approach
I am able to help through the use of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and a holistic approach that treats each person as a whole individualized person. We talk about not only what has happened in the past to establish patterns, but we will focus on the present and future through setting healthy boundaries and goals for each person. For the last 5 years, I have been helping people to become healthier mental and grow to their fullest potential. The goal is not to strive for the best but to strive for better than you were when you first started therapy. I know change can be difficult, but seeking out therapy is the first and hardest step. Just remember to it is okay to know when to ask for help and not be afraid to accept the help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has their own strengths that helps them to thrive. I know when are feeling down and depressed that the last thing you think of is your strength. Just know that it is your strength that will help you survive and move forward in a healthier way. With the use of therapy and healthy, realistic goal setting, we can figure out how to help you to be the healthier version of you. I get that it is hard to know who you can trust. I encourage you to take the chance because this is a welcoming and safe space where you can talk about you fears, hopes, and triumphs. All who want to make a change for the better are welcome. The hardest thing a person can do is to make the decision to finally make a change in their life. You are NOT alone. Let's work together.
