I am able to help through the use of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and a holistic approach that treats each person as a whole individualized person. We talk about not only what has happened in the past to establish patterns, but we will focus on the present and future through setting healthy boundaries and goals for each person. For the last 5 years, I have been helping people to become healthier mental and grow to their fullest potential. The goal is not to strive for the best but to strive for better than you were when you first started therapy. I know change can be difficult, but seeking out therapy is the first and hardest step. Just remember to it is okay to know when to ask for help and not be afraid to accept the help.
