About My Clients
Most people reach out to me because they: Feel stuck in old patterns and want a life aligned with your values and true self. Would like more structure and support to follow through with intentions. Want care that integrates mind, body, and spirit so healing feels whole. Struggle to trust yourself and want grounded self-empowerment and follow-through. Feel burnt out and want more emotional steadiness, energy, and vitality. Wrestle with inner critics or perfectionist parts
My Background and Approach
I see your struggles and there are tools to support you to move through this with tenderness, curiosity, and support. I didn’t choose my specialty by accident— I’ve seen the mixture of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Practices, village mind, tending grief, and getting in rhythm with the living world to support hundreds of clients. Together, we will weave together these practices in session so you may find more internal clarity, more safety in expressing your emotions, and relief little by little. We will explore the systems which have impacted your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. We will collaboratively create a set of intentions so there is a clear roadmap for our time together. Intentions allow you to show up to the healing ground with reverence, respect, and focus. Even here, there is spaciousness to always adjust your focus. We sit together at a pace that meets you exactly where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What I have found is—we must be present and embodied while processing, metabolizing, and integrating. It is more about remembering our worth and belonging rather than creating it. It’s not a path to walk alone. Our healing and well-being not only positively impacts ourself, it impacts the health of our communities and villages, and repairs ancestral wounds. Our connection with the living world is a key factor in well-being. The therapy room is not big enough for what you are holding— we also need relations with our elders, ancestors, and the village/community. Trauma (rough initiation) does not define you— they are moments in time which lacked a loving witness and you have the capacity to be that for all the parts of you, alongside the support of your therapist and other supports. These wounds can be healed and you can come out on the other side with stronger roots, more surety in yourself, an open heart, and more life force moving through you.
