I provide support to individuals as they face life challenges, collaborating with them to explore & create positive solutions. I believe that homework is a tool that supports positive change and growth. I provide opportunities to apply awareness, build skills & confidence by utilizing new tools & sustaining motivation toward goals.

To help clients consistently overcome systemic challenges, I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused and Strengths Based approaches to remain action oriented; collaboratively working to develop awareness and view the big picture.
