Much of my experience entails working with physical and sexual trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life transitions.

I tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual, using evidence-based therapy models such as TF-CBT and EMDR. I strongly believe in the power that therapy can have when you are ready to "do the work."
