I specialize in Addictions, safety planning, problem solving, coaching, stress management, and behavior modification. I have a flexible goal -goal-oriented, solution-based style to treatment. I believe treatment should be grounded in the client's goals and have an end date. I use measurement-based tools to measure outcomes and change. Also to inform of the progress of treatment.
