Drawing from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems theory, I strive to deliver a tailored and holistic experience for each person under my care. By recognizing the differences of every individual, I create a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space that nurtures growth and facilitates the healing process.
