Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
My Background and Approach
My passion is helping others to live their most authentic life. I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level and meeting them where they are at. I value authenticity and believe that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for meaningful transformation. My approach combines Gestalt, Narrative, Experiential and trauma-focused counseling. I take the time to individualize treatment based on my client's needs and walk with my clients through all steps of the therapy process. I offer a variety of clinical interventions to meet each client's individualized needs. I offer my clients a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop a more adaptive perspective on life.
