My Background and Approach
My passion is helping others to live their most authentic life. I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level and meeting them where they are at. I value authenticity and believe that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for meaningful transformation. My approach combines Gestalt, Narrative, Experiential and trauma-focused counseling. I take the time to individualize treatment based on my client's needs and walk with my clients through all steps of the therapy process.
I offer a variety of clinical interventions to meet each client's individualized needs. I offer my clients a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop a more adaptive perspective on life.
