Accepting Clients

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in mind-body compassion; to our nervous system all behaviors make sense - this is our path to healing.

About My Clients

Working on changing relationship patterns? Exploring neurodiversity? Healing your relationship with your body? Wanting to understand what the heck is going on with your kid? My clients seek both understanding and embodied experience. My work supports you in understanding how your brain and body interact and what that means for regulation, connection, and healing. My role isn't to change you, but to help you tap into your innate wisdom so that you can support yourself.

My Background and Approach

I practice from a nervous system-forward approach, understanding that we often feel before we think and that lasting healing happens when we create safety in the body first. My work seeks to bridge the cognitive and intuitive knowing we possess, with regulation and embodiment experience, so that we can live a connected, compassionate life. My role isn't to fix what's broken, but to walk alongside you as you remember your own capacity for healing. I am deeply mindful and I track both what is said and what the felt sense of our experience is; sometimes we'll notice sensations, sometimes we will elicit experience, often times we'll simply create space for whatever wants to emerge. I am direct and compassionate; I understand that you are bravely here to work beyond whatever patterns you find yourself stuck in. I hold this knowing with deep respect, care, and therapeutic discipline. I understand that true strength often looks like vulnerability; I've got you every step of the way.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

One of my core beliefs is that all behaviors, even those that might feel destructive or confusing now, are adaptive responses to the circumstances you faced or vulnerabilities you were not ready to hold. Whether it's an eating disorder that helped you feel in control, cyclical relationship patterns that you thought couldn’t change, or ways of being in the world that protected your sensitive nervous system - these parts of you were doing the best they could with what they had. You were (and are!) doing the best you could (and can). I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming framework that recognizes neurological differences as natural variations not deficits or disorders. Whether you're ADHD, autistic, highly sensitive, or process the world in ways that don't fit conventional expectations, I'm interested in understanding and supporting how your unique nervous system operates rather than trying to make you fit into neurotypical molds. I hold this knowing personally and professionally.
