I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over six years of experience in hospital and inpatient care. I hold certifications from the ANCC and AANP, with advanced degrees from York College of Pennsylvania and Millersville University. As the owner of Bright Star Integrative Psychiatry, I specialize in managing conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia, using evidence-based and trauma-informed care.
