My Background and Approach
With a degree in Film, and 10 years working in the music industry, I incorporate a unique combination of skills and experience to offer clients creative expressions in therapy. Asking for help is hard, but let me help you identify these unwanted trends, process the underlying causes, and end unhealthy habits, together. I am certified in Grief & Loss and utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I can provide ongoing educational resources and ways you can continue working from within at home between sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and eliminate unwanted behaviors and maladaptive thinking. I believe that our day-to-day thoughts directly affect and impact how we feel, which leads to how we act/respond. One of my favorite books (that a former therapist recommended to me) is 'The Four Agreements,' which I try to utilize in every aspect of my life, both personally and professionally:
