My Background and Approach
I not only specialize in trauma, but overall resolution of past experience that might be have a negative impact on your present. My approach is individualized and collaborative to your experience and needs. I offer a non-judgmental, safe environment to explore these experience and work towards growth and healing. I am a certified EMDR practitioner and Approved Consultant. EMDR is not just for trauma, it is an evidence based therapy that can help with anxiety, depression, grief, and many other issues. I am also trained and experienced in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
