About My Clients

I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and collaborative environment when working with my clients. The therapeutic relationship with your counselor matters, and I believe through positive connections and meaningful relationships, healing can happen.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic method is tailored to each client, guiding them to address their challenges, establish realistic goals, and develop healthy coping strategies. I incorporate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Solution-focused therapy, and EMDR-therapy.
