As we work together, you will feel authenticity, genuine connection, and warm and focused support. I am easygoing and relatable, which helps me to quickly build strong relationships with my clients. Each session we will focus on your top concerns.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is very common sense- we will work together with an abundance of trust, honesty, and accountability to your goals. In our sessions, I draw on my training as a clinical therapist, personal insights, thousands of hours of research, not to mention all of the nuggets of wisdom learned from counseling thousands of people… all laser focused on your concerns and issues, personalized specifically to help YOU find solutions and experience real breakthrough. For those issues where traditional talk therapy may not be enough to make lasting progress, I am also certified in Brainspotting- a powerful and highly effective therapy treating trauma, panic attacks, anxiety and so much more. Brainspotting resolves underlying, deep-seated issues with as little or as much talking as you would like to do, sometimes in as little as one session.
