I work with adult individuls who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, stress, anger, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I specialize in work with first responders and their families. I have been a professional firefighter for over 20 years.

I believe that every individual possesses the power to heal themselves. I utilize mindfulness and evidence-based techniques to aid clients in finding the truest version of themselves hidden within the darkness of childhood conditioning and faulty belief systems.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our thoughts create our life experience. Traumatic events, chronic stress, and negative self-thoughts can keep you trapped in a state of unhappiness. Becoming aware of negative thought patterns can give you the emotional freedom you are searching for. When you change the way you think, the way you perceive and experience the world around you also changes.
