I specialize helping folks that are going through breakups, divorce, and/or those struggling with toxic relationships at work or home. My Background and Approach
When life presents difficulties pertaining to interpersonal relationships its important to have someone in your corner that supports you emotionally, and to provide hope and a safe space to navigate transformations that are awaiting in the horizon. Nothing is off limits when it comes to mental health and I'm here to listen. I'm genuinely passionate about helping others and bring 11 years of experience working with adults and elders.
