About My Clients
I work with individuals curious about their inner world who want to explore the deeper roots of their struggles. I support those healing from internalized shame, limiting beliefs, trauma, and disconnection from self. Using a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, I help clients build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a grounded sense of identity in a safe, affirming space.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a space for getting to know yourself more deeply beyond the limiting, often painful narratives shaped by trauma, oppression, and cultural norms. I work with individuals who are ready to examine and unlearn stories rooted in shame, trauma, and systems of marginalization. Together, we make room for more expansive, compassionate, and affirming ways of understanding yourself. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity and care. I draw from narrative therapy, parts work, and self-compassion practices to help you explore the multiple parts of yourself with more understanding and kindness. I’m especially passionate about supporting folks in healing their relationship with food and body through a lens of Health at Every Size (HAES) and fat liberation. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers warmth, honesty, and care and who will honor your lived experience. I’d be honored to connect with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
By taking the time to get to know you and understand the themes and patterns in your life that you most want to explore, I hope to offer a therapeutic space where insight, healing, and growth can emerge on your own terms and in your own time. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I believe therapy is a space to come home to yourself, to get curious about the patterns in your life, and gently challenge the ones that feel limiting or rooted in shame.
